Detailed email notification
Aggregated community issues are reported via detailed email to the nominated address. Emails are easily forwarded onto the appropriate manager, with links back to MyHood for more detail as required.
Email streaming by category
MyHood allows each of 20 report categories to be streamed to individual managers by email. This saves time and effort by avoiding double handling along the way.

Users can submit reports with up to 5 photos per report. With report aggregation, managers can review numerous photos for greater understanding to the issue
Detailed owner choices
With detailed owner categories, the MyHood reporting app allows users to report directly to the responsible agency. This save time and effort – especially for local government – who usually forward reports on to the right owner.
Owner-public interaction
Through the app and the website – MyHood allows the public and issue owner to interact together to resolve the issue. The app can be used to close issues as well as receive status updates as the issue is resolved.
